I always hated changing my guitar strings. So I set out to make strings you’d have to change less often. (By the way, when I say make, I mean it, we twist, wind, coil, and package all our strings in our workshop in Nashville.) It took us a year or two to get good at it, and a couple of years after that to get really good at it.
