Week 16 - WERE BACK BABY!!! (Also my first run in my marathon shoe!) First run back after a 2 week hiatus. And my plan was to go for a nice n easy 5k but then I thought well I’ll up it to 8k if I’m feeling alright but ended up doing a nice and easy 10k.
