Seed to Table: Collards Part 3 Today, I’m uppotting my collard seedlings, moving them from their starter tray into bigger pots. This step is helpful once your seedlings have their first set of true leaves or when you notice roots peeking out from the bottom of the tray. My collards are actually the perfect size to be transplanted outdoors right now, but I’m holding off just a little longer. It’s still running a tad too warm for my liking, and I’ve had better success when I wait until temps stay
