The best way to drill your poi stalls! My favorite way to visualize stalls is to think of you poi as it spins as tracing out a circular path that is inscribed inside of a square. When we perform stalls, we are moving our hand outward to the edge of the circle and allowing the poi to exit the circle to one of the corners of the box.
