Reminder to all westbound motorists at the HRBT! There’s a new traffic pattern leading into the westbound tunnel. Crews need to start deconstructing the existing westbound trestle and finish the new superstructure, so motorists traveling westbound from Norfolk to the tunnel will be directed onto a new temporary bridge, to the right, just before entering the tunnel. VDOT reminds all drivers to keep their eyes on the road, pay close attention to posted signage, and maintain the posted speed inside

Upcoming construction on I-64 in Newport News starting as early as May 5! Two work zones for bridge rehabilitation will require long-term lane closures on I-64 in each direction over J.
