Let’s go on a run! I’ve been dying to feel those post run endorphins I had when I was heavy into running. I’ve been focusing on weight lifting way more and haven’t done much running at all the past year. My goal for this run was 2, 5 minute runs with walking in between those intervals. I ended up running way longer and it was the best feeling. So thankful for the privilege to be able to move my body.
