I’ve been seeing people’s comments saying their sweet potatoes aren’t coming out super crispy and caramelized, so here is EXACTLY how I make mine step by step! My biggest tips: - bigger sweet potatoes work better than minis - use a generous amount of olive oil - parchment paper is necessary - they come out best at 375°F for a full hour. I’ve tried higher temps/ less time and it just doesn’t get this caramelized! - let the potatoes sit for 10 min when they come out of the oven!!!! #sweetpotato #e
