😬 I have seen the same thing lots of times now and I can honestly say this is the biggest misconception about container storage yards on farms. Most farmers assume that because containers are movable and sit on an existing yard, they automatically fall outside planning control when not being used agriculturally. That assumption is exactly where problems start. Once containers are grouped, levelled, serviced or used long term for non agricultural uses, planners stop seeing them as temporary stor
