Álvarez is set to take on Christian Mbilli for the WBC super middleweight title in Riyadh, Saudi Arabi this September, The Ring 's Mike Coppinger reported. Álvarez last fought on Sept. 13, 2025, when he lost to Crawford in a 12-round unanimous decision in Las Vegas.
