There's no clarity yet on which quarterback will start for the San Francisco 49ers in their final preseason game.
The 49ers announced a handful of roster moves on Wednesday. They have signed offensive lineman Michael Dunn and wide receiver Malik Knowles to their 90-man roster. They released defensive lineman Demone Harris and waived running back Corey Kiner with an injury designation in corresponding moves.
Due to the questions at the wide receiver position, the 49ers are looking into making a move. According to a report from NFL insider Dianna Russini of The Athletic, San Francisco is among the teams looking to make a preseason trade for a wide receiver. She also named the Minnesota Vikings and New York Jets.
Rookie running back Corey Kiner has been waived by the San Francisco 49ers. Kiner, an undrafted free agent, has been one of the better performers for the 49ers in training camp. Unfortunately, he sustained an injury in the preseason game against the Las Vegas Raiders.
