Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams played a huge role in the team's early success against the Buffalo Bills in Sunday night's 38-0 preseason win. He took advantage of the scheming from head coach Ben Johnson, as the 13 snaps he took all served a purpose in his development.

Seeing his first game action of the preseason, second-year quarterback Caleb Williams led the Chicago Bears 92 yards for a touchdown on the opening possession at Soldier Field.

While it's only preseason, Williams' outing against the Bills showed lots of promise. He completed six of his 10 passes, recording 107 yards and a touchdown. Bears coach Ben Johnson said Sunday's performance was a testament to the offseason Williams had.
