A Ukrainian company is repurposing Russian oil barrels to make military decoys, the FT reported. Oil barrels from Lukoil, one of Russia's biggest companies, are used to make fake radar reflectors.
Ukraine's decoys are getting more and more convincing, with the latest an elaborate radar array. Ukrainian company Metinvest said Russia had blasted one of its dummy P-18 radars with a missile.
