( NewsNation) — Lawyers for Justin Baldoni have called harassment accusations by Isabela Ferrer “inappropriate” and unrelated to subpoena requests they’ve made to the “It Ends With Us” actress. In a legal filing this week, Baldoni’s attorneys said the actress has not been responsive or reachable to requests for documents.

"It Ends with Us" actress Isabela Ferrer filed a motion accusing Justin Baldoni of "harassing" her to comply with a subpoena in the Blake Lively case.

But on June 9, Judge Lewis Liman threw out Baldoni's lawsuit, ruling that the statements at the center of the suits were either privileged or lacked the necessary legal basis for defamation — a legal victory for Lively, her team later said in a statement.
