The fate of Sarah Ferguson has been called into question as her ex-husband Prince Andrew has been ordered to surrender his lease on their shared home

Andrew spent about 8.5 million pounds on renovations and a down payment in 2003 when he got a 75-year lease to the property. It required an annual rent of a mere peppercorn (if demanded), a historic and symbolic figure often used in real estate transactions.

In addition to losing his royal titles and privileges, Andrew is also moving out of his home, Royal Lodge, where he has lived for 22 years. In a major step, the royal family has removed Andrew’s biography page from its website as of November 3.
