Amid controversy surrounding the death of WWE HOF Hulk Hogan, a new report has suggested medical malpractice the reason behind his death.

We now have more information regarding the death of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan. According to TMZ Sports, Hogan’s occupational therapist informed the officers who responded to the 911 call that the WWE Hall of Famer was a victim of medical malpractice when the surgeon who did his recent operation “severed” a phrenic nerve.

Nobody expected the Hulkster’s final chapter to read like this. Hulk Hogan, the wrestling giant who once seemed larger than life, died on July 24 at the age of 71. Doctors initially blamed cardiac arrest, but new claims now suggest something far more troubling.
