Houston Astros outfielder Taylor Trammell was being evaluated for a concussion after being carted off during Wednesday’s loss to the Detroit Tigers following a crash into the center field fence in the first inning.

The sun came up today, and a Houston Astros player has suffered an injury. During the first inning of the Astros' contest against the Detroit Tigers, outfielder Taylor Trammell was banged up after hitting the center field wall at a nasty angle after attempting to chase down a fly ball.

Taylor Trammell's day ended in the first inning as he was trying to pursue a line drive by the Tigers' Dillon Dingler.
