Outer bands from Hurricane Erin are expected to bring worsening conditions to the coast of North Carolina by this evening, according to the latest advisory from the National Hurricane Center.

Preparations are underway in North Carolina's Outer Banks as Hurricane Erin threatens coastal flooding on its projected path up the East Coast.

Coastal communities face the threat of localized flooding, beach erosion, and a storm surge of up to 6 feet in the hardest-hit areas.

Round two of "Palm Royale" — complete with 10 episodes of shady characters up to no good on this sunny island — premieres Nov. 12 on Apple TV+, the streaming service said in a news release that was accompanied by a dozen first-look photos of the star-studded cast in action.
