Thursday night's tidal flooding may be in part to blame for a large fire at a Long Island marina that destroyed a restaurant and several boats.

A raging fire tore through a Long Island marina late Thursday, sending flaming boats adrift as it consumed wooden docks and nearby structures. No civilians or firefighters were hurt in the dramatic fire, which erupted at Treasure Island Marina in Seaford around 9:30 p.m. The initial call was for a fire reported in the Crabby Army restaurant.
