Sure wish I would’ve paid more attention to the finance classes as a private, but for those I served with that did, they put themselves in a great position to retire from the military as millionaires with multiple streams of income. When I was a private, I would always say “I didn’t join for the money”, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take advantage of the income you do get and set yourself up well for when you get out. | Infinite Grit
