MICHIGAN CITY — Police arrested a man they believed was on the verge of fleeing the state following a June 10 shooting in broad daylight.
GARY — Four people have been charged, three of them with murder, in connection to the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old Gary man and the attempted murder of a 17-year-old juvenile on Friday.
