New retro gaming console LEGO set offers a 3-for-1 deal
One of the kits from the first wave of LEGO's 2026 products is a unique gaming set that supports three distinctive builds while costing under $20.
The Retro Gaming Console is one of nine new Lego Creator sets. The January 2026 lineup also features the $20 Fierce Dinosaur, $30 Playful Puppy, $10 Cute Hamster, and more 3-in-1 builds. Eight of the sets are available at Amazon, but the new Space Exploration Telescope is exclusive to the Lego Store and Target.
New sensor-packed Smart Bricks introduced at CES add color, sound, and interactivity to classic Lego builds, debuting with Star Wars sets this spring.
Lego’s Smart Bricks differ from earlier tech-enabled Lego products by using wireless charging pads (avoiding disposable batteries) and boasting batteries that will still perform after years of inactivity.
