Veteran golf course architect Brian Silva and his longtime associate, Brian Johnson, announced Tuesday they have restructured their business relationship as partners and formed a new firm, Silva & Johnson, LTD. The new partnership has three restoration jobs already.

Brian Daboll is only a couple of months removed from being fired by the Giants, but it doesn’t seem as if he harbors any ill will towards his former employer. In fact, Daboll has reportedly been assisting the organization in its pursuit of his replacement.

He writes, "Settle the Brian Flores situation. He has been one of the NFL's best defensive coordinators during his three seasons in Minnesota, but his contract is expiring and he'll have the opportunity to consider options elsewhere even if he doesn't get a head coaching job. It'll be a challenge to replace him with an equal performer."

The Titans also have scheduled interviews with former Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel, former Falcons head coach Raheem Morris, former Packers and Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy and former Commanders offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury. They also expect to meet with several coordinators who are still coaching teams in the playoffs.

Brian Daboll is no longer employed by the New York Giants but he certainly did them a favor this week. The Giants fired Daboll this past November after a 2-8 start to the 2025 season. He finished his tenure in New York with a 20-40-1 overall record.

Brian Daboll was fired by the Giants during the regular season, but he could be what the Titans are looking for in their next head coach.
